Instead of locking you into your Type, I give you a growth path to move beyond your Type. Without shame or judgment, I coach you toward self compassion, love, and integrated living. So you can stop searching and start living.

Your Intelligence Centers

You have three centers of intelligence, and this is where you are most often stuck in decision making, connection with others, and energetic capacity. One center dominates the other two.

 

Instinctual/gut center

Your gut instinct triggers action before you even have a chance to understand what you think or feel. Anger is the primary struggle.

emotional/heart center

Your heart searches for love and meaningful connection with others. Shame is the primary struggle.

INTELLECTUAL/head center

Your mind is working on overtime to protect you from the threats of the world. Fear is the primary struggle.

 

Your Light & Shadow

You are both shadow and light. While it’s normal to try and hide your shadow, ignoring it won't make it go away. It all has to be brought to the light.

Shadow

When you ignore your shadow, it becomes a hungry beast starved for attention. The more it’s repressed, the more shame, fear, and anger you’ll feel about it, and the more control it gains over your life.

Light

It’s your light that frightens you the most. Deconstructing your Ego/Enneagram Type will lead you into uncharted territory, but it will be worth the work!

Instinctual Energy

Your dominant instinct gives your type flavor. It’s the way you show up in social situations, and how you manage your energy. One instinct is your driver, and needs balance with the other two.

 

social/networking instinct

Dominant Social Types preserve social bonds & getting along with others. Tend to be more extrovert. This instinct is warm, friendly, & open.

sexual/bonding instinct

Dominant Sexual Types preserve self in their environment through generations. Tend to be energized by intimate connection and look for “fused” connection. This instinct is intense, aggressive, & competitive.

self preserving center

Dominant Social Types preserve their body and life, with a concern with having enough resources. Tend to be introvert4ed. This instinct is practical, grounded, & serious.

 

Your Inner Movement

There are two lines that point toward or away from your number on the Enneagram map. It represents your path under stress, and parts of yourself left behind in childhood.

soul child (the number pointing toward your type)

This part of you was left behind in childhood. It’s who you were meant to be, but wasn’t welcome in the world you were raised in. When you notice traits of this type it might even be a source of shame, because it feels unacceptable.

growth point (the number point away from your type)

This is the direction you head under stress. It’s a good place to pay attention to how you might be accessing the lower side of this type without being aware of it.

Your Wings (Yes Both!)

You have access to two wings, the numbers adjacent and counter-adjacent to your type. Your Type bridges the gap between the two.

 

Clockwise wing

Thought to be an ally to Type, an antidote to your Type. Bringing awareness to your over or under dependence on this week, will assist in bringing balance.

counter-clockwise wing

Thought to be a rejected part of self that Type casts a shadow behind. Working with this Type gives you the opportunity to access underdeveloped self.
